Our goal is to delight you in your exclusive, private nature getaway! This 2nd floor guesthouse is an oasis next to the Wayne National Forest & State Route 13 by all local attractions. It is a serene & calming experience for two adults with amazing views from each window and garden space. Designed to be green & holistic with comfort! Tree tops surround us. Perfect for campfires and star gazing. We are a certified wildlife, pollinator habitat & haven for birds & wildlife. Warm weather guests can harvest fresh herbs and vegies from the garden for their meal.

You are surrounded by dense forests and beautiful views of the rolling hills of Appalachia in our 2nd floor cottage guesthouse. We are on the Windy 9 trails called Hocking Hills Nipper and Black Diamond Run. We are also near the Big Bailey Mountain Biking trailhead in Chauncey.
You have the place to yourselves with only nature nearby. We ensure a sparkling clean and very private retreat for you, filled with amenities and focused on a value added experience!
Unique Features
We feature an all natural interior with windows throughout, vaulted ceilings and live- edge window sills and mantel made from logs harvested on our property. Slate, stone, iron, wood and stained glass, are the themes of this space. Our own barn quilt design is on the garden shed.

Relax in front of the indoor fireplace or toast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. We care about value for you, so our firewood is free!
Sustainability
Our guesthouse is full of upcycled, recycled and eco-green natural features. It has solar panels; a Scandinavian, waterless, Biolet electric toilet; a roof water collection system for our garden, a recycle/waste container and composting bin
